Ingredients:

1 – 180 gramsunMEAT FISH-FREE TUNA STYLE FLAKES IN WATER

¼ red onion, chopped

cheddar cheese or vegan cheese

½ tbspmayonnaise or vegan mayo

4 pcssourdough bread, sliced

butter or vegan butter

2tbspfresh dill, chopped

1pclemon

To tastesalt & pepper

How To:

1.Mix the unMEAT Tuna Style Flakes in a bowl with the red onions, dill, mayonnaise, lemon, salt, and pepper. Butter the bread on both sides and place it into a hot skillet, once the butter has melted, top one slice with the cheese and the other sliced with the tuna mixture.

2.Cover with the pan lid until the cheese has melted. Combine the two sides of the sandwich and plate. Serve while hot.
