¼ cupOlive oil
1 cupsliced red or white onions
1 cup mixed bell pepper strips
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
1 canunMEAT Roast Beef
2steak rolls, hoagie, or mini baguette
1 to 2 tablespoonssoftened butter or olive oil
½ cupshredded mozzarella
½ cupshredded cheddar
1.In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and peppers in olive oil until aromatic peppers are slightly wilted. Season with some salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl or plate and set aside.
2.In the same pan, pour unMEAT Roast Beef and heat for about 3 minutes.
3.Split bread rolls and brush cut sides with butter or olive oil. Lightly toast in a pan or an oven until nicely browned on the edges. Add onions and peppers and roast beef, spreading evenly.
4.Top with shredded cheeses. Broil until cheese melts. Serves 2.
