Ingredients:

1 canunMEAT Meat-Free Luncheon Regular

¼ cupall-purpose flour

Vegetable oil for deep-frying

How To:

1.Slice unMEAT Luncheon to eight crosswise then to four thin strips, lengthwise.

2.Dredge the strips in flour then deep fry in hot oil for about 2 to 3 minutes until crisp and golden.

3.To air-fry: Line fryer basket with aluminium foil then brush with vegetable oil. Arrange fries in a single layer then set to cook at 180⁰C for 5 to 6 minutes turning the fries midway for even browning.
